All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the assigned date.
If it is canceled after being already en route, a cost of $100.00 will be charged for a second delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the good condition of the delivered product, materials and installation, if this was included in the order.
Our installations are guaranteed for 90 days after the installation date.
Safety Guides when assembling the product
When assembling or handling the shed, use only the tools listed in the user manual.
Always follow instructions and wear work gloves, safety glasses, and long sleeves when setting up or performing any maintenance on your shed.
Be careful when handling steel-edged parts.
It is highly recommended to secure the shed to an immovable object or anchor it to the ground by drilling holes in the floor of the shedin the previously marked locations and inserting the appropriate screws into the ground (screws are not included).

Wash the shed with a garden hose or mild detergent solution. Do not use metal brushes or abrasive cleaning materials, including degreasers and oil- or acetone-based products, which may stain or damage the shed.
Do not store hot items such as grills, recently used torches, and volatile chemical items in the shed.
Avoid placing heavy objects against walls as this can cause distortion.
Don't stand on the roof.
Avoid using a cord trimmer or mechanical lawn mower near shed walls.
It is a good idea to periodically check the shed to make sure it is stable and the site is level.
